Café Gibraltar is the culmination of Chef Jose Luis Ugalde and his wife Liam's vision. After a combined 28 years in the restaurant industry, and a number of accolades, they chose to embark on their own venture. Opened in May of 1998, Cafe Gibraltar is a
restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere complimented by genuine, friendly service and outstanding cuisine. The fare is authentically Mediterranean, with North African, Turkish, Greek, Catalan, Italian and French influences. Jose Luis combines the freshest ingredients: local organic produce, free range farm raised foul, Mendocino lamb, and the freshest seafood, to create fabulously dynamic menus that change seasonally.
