Dr. John Moon practices cosmetic and general dentistry with an emphasis in comprehensive and preventative dentistry. He enjoys practicing all phases of dentistry for both children and adults. His dental office is very warm and friendly with the goal of giving each patient personal attention and care.

Dr. Moon and his highly trained dental team believe in providing the highest quality of modern dental care. He believes in treating the patient as a whole since oral diseases can be the first signs of more systemic diseases like diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Moon completed his undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley and his dental education at UC San Francisco. He also volunteers for the Oral Cancer Foundation by providing free oral cancer screening in his office.

Recently, Dr. Moon served on the Panel of Advisors for several chapters in the new and current 20th Anniversary Edition of The Doctors Book of Home Remedies by the editors of Prevention. The chapters include:  Bad Breath, Temporomandibular Disorders, Toothache, and Tooth Stains. Prevention is the #1 healthy lifestyle brand and the largest health magazine in the US.

Dr. Moon's dental practice includes Dr. Bonnie Murphy and dental hygienist, Kathleen O'Connor, R.D.H. Dr. Murphy completed her undergraduate education at UC Davis and her dental education at UC San Francisco. Kathleen O'Connor, R.D.H., completed her dental hygiene education at Foothill College.
