MONTARA / MOSS BEACH
Montara and Moss Beach are two small cities side by side, practically as one. They are located on the coast just north of Half Moon Bay and South of Pacifica. These partially unincorporated cities are rustic-like and many homes sit right along the ocean.

EL GRANADA / PRINCETON
These are two little towns on the coast located just north of Half Moon Bay. The Marina on the ocean is called Princeton, which is a great spot for fishing, bed and breakfast getaways, and great restaurants. Nestled in the hills on the other side of Highway 1 lies the town of El Granada with views of the Pacific. These two towns are commonly thought of as part of Half Moon Bay, where most of the children go to school and where people go to shop.

SOUTH COAST (COUNTRY)
The South Coast consists of four small towns: San Gregorio, Pescadero, La Honda and Loma Mar. This is the southwestern most part of San Mateo County. It boasts beautiful beaches, rolling hills, and dense forests with lovely creeks running through them. This area also features some of Northern California's breathtaking State Parks and State Beaches. Most land use is large acreage parcels; a significant amount used for agriculture. There are also quaint downtown neighborhoods and small subdivisions set up in the woods with lots of "horse property."

- Yerba Buena Nursery (Hwy 35 Woodside west)
-
Thomas Fogarty Winery (Hwy 35 Woodside east)
-
